Let’s face it, winter ain’t cool. But it can be. Here’s 5 ways to warm up your winter.
1. DRINK
Not alcohol, but you can indulge in a red by the fire if you want. Winter is a great time for hot chocolates and cups of tea. To top this off there’s no better time to get in the kitchen and do some baking.
2. SHOP
Treat yourself with some new winter threads. This will ensure you’re not cold and make going out a little more exciting.
3. EXERCISE
Like we need another season to get off our butt’s and get in shape?! This will help keep the energy levels up through the colder months.
4. SUN
Up here in Southeast Queensland we’re lucky enough that the temperatures don’t drop too low (although we still complain about it). Winter doesn’t mean no sun, so get out and get your vitamin D!
5. RELAX
What better time than now to sleep in, sit around with a book DO ANYTHING to slow down your busy life and reduce stress.
